Brochure Design: After being supplied with company logo, we extracted the font type, colors, and all other existing brand elements to creative a unique and informative brochure highlighting the property information, location, and photography, also provided by us.
Postcard Design: The listing cards were designed using the same established branding features used in the brochure. After the postcard was drafted and approved, it was mailed to 100 of the nearest addresses to the subject property.
